Katie Not too many responses so far...have you considered putting one together? I think it would be an interesting and rewarding exercise. Perhaps you could even sell it on to others! Seriously, I have presentation on the lessons learnt from the Deepwater Horizon disaster which you could use as a starter for 10. Ray

Katie, please, please do your own research and devise your own presentation. Borrowing from other people is a too much of a short cut ; you can only present. You can't discuss. There will be no or little depth if you just copycat. Researching can give you twelve examples of what you want to say. You presentation will use one but the others will be in the back of your mind if someone starts asking questions. And such presentations nearly always come down on some poor guy making a mistake. Nobody looks at behavioural safety or the domino theories or Kierans opinions. (hard to understand but always worth a thought or two) And research can teach you enough to make another twelve presentations of the top of your head ! (OFF the top of your head. Not "of the top of your head" which implies multiple slides of your hair style, which might not be all that educational) Merv
