I work for a property company. We are soon to run the operations (FM, H&S, Finance etc) for a third party limited company. There is another single operator running a cafe facility within the building who will work directly for the limited company but under our wing as FM providers. OK so far :). I need to add text into our own company policy which covers these operations and could do with some guidance on where to insert the text and what to insert. There will not be any employees working for the limited 3rd party limited company, just those working for us and those working for the other catering provider
To add to a complicated matter, we are tenants within the building and shareholders in the 3rd party company!
Not an easy one but can anyone at least point me in the right direction please!
