I use the WRAP template all the time and specify that our Contractors use it for any Site Waste Management Plans. It is an Excel spreadsheet plus, the website (www.wrap.org.uk) has lots of additional information. Additionally you need to manage the various stages, training, monitoring, reviewing, operations etc, and to date I have not seen an official example that also gives these areas so ensure that yours does
