Anyone attend yesterday? I did and thought it was thoroughly worthwhile, I chose the Human Factors: Safety and Accident Prevention programme as it was the most applicable to H&S and my role. Well worth the £30 it cost to attend (and I could have gone today but couldn't get time away from the office and the programme for today not so relevant). Highlights included a very candid presentation from a Coroner which invoked much laughter, a review of accident investigation skills which information that I will be using soon in a new procedural update and of course Prof Lofstedt speaking about his report and thoughts on how this will move forward. I'd be interested in other's thoughts.
