I've been running my business for nearly 6 years now but recently the mix and number of clients has changed significantly and all for the better. I'm interested to hear from any other small consultancies about how you organise things. Is there a bit of software that you find really useful or do you just use To Do lists. I'm thinking about managing workload and logging requests from clients when they come in. At the moment everything is going well for now but I'm looking to the future and trying to get things in place before things get out of hand.
