Does anybody know where I can find the actual figures per 100k employees? The annual statistics report only shows a representative graph by industry sector and the link to the data source is bad.

Have you had a look at the HSE's HandS-ON statisic tool? As an example: https://handson.hse.gov....ic/tablesimple.aspx?RID3 provides RIDDOr rates per 100,000 employees by industry. The main page is: https://handson.hse.gov.uk/hse/public/home.aspx where you can select which kind of data you want to look for.
