I have picked up from another forum 1 HSE are consulting on changes to the Asbestos Regulations http://consultations.hse...f/-/CD237%20Complete.pdf 2 HSE are delaying the Cost Recovery Scheme http://www.hse.gov.uk/press/2012/hse-ffi.htm Apologies if this has already be posted
