Unfortunate that this has been delayed as I have been having many an interesting discussion with existing clients and also on IOSH Senior Executive courses we have held recently and it certainly makes people sit up and take notice. For anyone interested, the press release can be found at http://www.hse.gov.uk/press/2012/hse-ffi.htm Also interesting that the new RIDDOR requirements still seem to be 'subject to parliamentary approval' - has anyone got any update on whether this has gone through yet or will this also be delayed?
