Come on HM Gov - you have clearly got an idea of what it is exactly you intend to do with over three quarters of H&S legislation - come clean and share it with us. It is blatantly obvious that the Lofsted review got it all wrong so lets hear what the experts in government have got to say. Frankly I am amazed that organisations like the Care Quality Commission (and Insurers too) who have extensive sway about standards in a huge number of facilities nationally are not saying something about this issue - a vast majority of their standards are based on H&S legislation and best practice and significant change like is being mooted will surely have a significant impact. C'mon details please!
