Advice please,
On completion of a CDM project what if any are the actions required regarding notification to the HSE?

Not always true if its notifiable and the project completes earlier than expected. The F10 will need modifying in that case.

Boblewis has put forward the correct answer
The F10 clearly states time allowed by client.
there is no requirement to notify the end of a project
