It's an absolute disgrace - the fine that is. Considering the extent of the crime and those potentially exposed to harm a fine of £3,200 plus costs of £5,000 is a joke. Compare that to a young man writing offensive comments on a well known social website getting 56 days jail and a criminal record - the world has gone mad.
