Hi,
Can anyone recommend a good health & safety software package? I am looking for a software system that will handle the document control of my risk assessments, accident reports, audit and inspection reports etc. So for example automatic notification of new reports, built in electronic approval. I am looking into this because since going through a merger my organisation now operates over multiple sites and is too big for the old process (word documents, signed paper copies and email attachments) to work effectively.

Hi, I use TAM, The Task Manager, it’s great for large or small companies, it will automatically email you when action is required, you can view all locations. A consultant can also view all their clients information and be emailed when action is overdue/required. It stores all documentation for h & s. and It’s very cost effective & affordable for any company.
