Hi , We are doing some work to remove a structure and replace with a new one. This will be completed on the edge of of factory and a transport vehicle will be used to transfer a new structure and remove the old one. The loading & unloading will have to take place on the edge of our and some overlap into a small public road that is in use with average traffice route. This is not a main street in town or city but semi rural area. There will be craning of equipment going on. Apart from lifting plan and Mtd statements is there any requirement to contact Local Aurthority, Police or other govt dept to gain permission? Can't find any guidance on this matter on HSE website.
