I'm doing some personal research in how european organisations resource H&S across their european portfolio. For example, is there one H&S department responsible for policy, proceedures, audits etc... with one or more H&S managers at each site or maybe a H&S Manager covering more than one site.

I would be very grateful if you could share your organisational H&S structure with me. I don't need to know the company, just the org chart.
