I am in the process of introducing a Workplace transport plan. I have involved the Yard / warehouse personnel who have been very positive and we have now got to the stage of where we have assessed the risks, identified pedestrian / vehicle routes, safety signs , site rules and safe haven for the driver to be in when being loaded / unloaded, reversing banskman / signaller introduced for any reversing movements , apparatus supplied for access / egress of vehicle and we are getting another piece of equipment manufactured to prevent the guys from a fall from height whilst on the back of the vehicle. (artic type lorries).

Does anyone have a plan of their transport at work operations that they would like to share with me just to have a view on how other people have set theirs up.
