Hi Chris

Welcome!

I would suggest that you use whatever knowledge and experience you already have, working as a Foreman, to assist you with your quest in obtaining a first H&S role.
I'm sure working as a Foreman, you've already been exposed to plenty of H&S matters, so I would build on that.

Find out where your local IOSH branch is, and get yourself to a few meetings. Also, bear in mind that attending IOSH meetings counts towards your CPD.

Try and contribute (where you can) to discussions on this forum, become known, and that in itself could lead to other help.

Good luck.
