We currently stack trays of approx 17kg on to a pallet to 1.82, layers of 5x9. We have now been requested to stack to 10 high which breaks the manual handling Regs. We do have palletisers but we some time have a need to hand stack depending on volumes and product required. Is there a mechanical solution to this ? any ideas ?
