Does anybody know whether there is government funding available for small businesses to do health and safety training courses?

Try your/their Employers Liability Insurance provider. Ours provide sums of money on an annual basis for "risk improvments" which we have used for a variety of risk improvements including training. Regards Geoff

Thanks Geoff, I have looked into that route but it does not extend to training unless carried out by the Broker. My client wants to attend a formal course with a training provider and the insurer will not fund this.
