Not sure how well it will go down in the construction environment but my personal favorite is the Child's Play from Safety Care.
If you put 'Childs Play Manual Handling' into Google (other search engines are available!) it should come up with it.
I have used it with engineers, cabin crew and ground staff during our manual handling training and generally get positive feedback.

Hi
Used one last week, made by Pristine for Laing O'Rouke. It is based on a construction site using the materials from slabls to scaffold poles etc. Very good and gets the message across.

I use a DVD by safety media (the new version) and it is very good and not full of the usual clown music that goes with the normal DVD's.
I am not a great lover of the childs play DVD.
