Do any of you have any info on the possible H&S effects for residents living near wind turbines, I am thinking about noise issues and the effects of this on the physci. The effects of the visual impact etc.... Thanks guys

Noise issues arising from wind turbines are considered in detail during the planning stage and detailed noise impact assessments are required for all wind farms and many single turbine planning applications. Issues regarding flicker and ice throw etc will also be considered at the planning stage. Visual impact will not be considered as a health, safety or nuisance issue.
