Can anyone help. I am developing a workshop on Safety Culture an element I want to cover is the Maturity Model. Has anyone developed a workshop / activities (for delegates to complete) before on the Safety Culture Maturity Model or can you point me in a direction where I can access some pre used / tried and tested exercises that will engage the management team. thanks Barry

The Keil Centre have a proprietary workshop process and associated tools. There's a good checksheet in the original HSE Offshore Research report, showing examples of various topic-related behaviours linked to the 5 maturity stages. I adapted this with little difficulty for use by individuas and groups in a client organisation.
