Firesafety It appears the Act is alive and...still in force despite numerous repeals and amendments. Parliament are very quick to bring in new laws, but not so quick in abrogating those which are essentially redundant. http://www.legislation.g...uk/apni/1965/20/contents

Just because legislation appears on the web site does not mean its still active see http://www.legislation.g...k/ukpga/1963/41/contents but OSR was mostly repealed by management Regs. I am not familiar with Northern Ireland but I would get hold of a copy of the management regs and look at the repeals in the back Brian
