Safety Man 1

Hi Can anyone point me in the right direction or advice in the key components of successful Health, Safety and Fire Management System and their application within a maximum security custodial environment. It is it to deal with prisoners health and safety such as welfare facilities, bullying, manual handling, conditions in prison and human rights. Fire Management is this to deal with fire wardens, fire escape plans, annual maintenance of fire fighting equioment, fire drills, etc. Can anyone shed some light as I have a 10 minute presentation to deliver on this subject early next week.
