What level of qualification do you require to deliver asbestos awareness training ? I have a recognised training qualification, Grad IOSH status, soon to be chartered and have been in construction for 8 years. I have been asked by a small company of 4 people to help complete their CHAS, asbestos training is required as they are roofers. Will I be able to deliver this ? I already have the training material Thanks

Short answer is yes. All you need is the relevant information to pass on and the experience for training safety etc. From your post I would say fill your boots.

I agree with the above post - knowledge and experience. I have delivered AAT on a number of ocassions and I have no qualifications in asbestos whatsoever. I also wrote my own AAT presentation.
