Safety related fun team event for safety reps

Can anyone recommend a fun team event for our safety reps that incorporates some element of health and safety? I am planning an event for the end of this year which will be a mixture of practical training and instruction with an overnight stay and dinner and I am looking to provide something fun to help bond the team but that also has some element of health and safety in it. I would be looking for a half day to cover this part of the event and it should be exciting. The reps are all male and most from an engineering background. Any ideas please?
would be looking to base event in Midlands area

Some years ago at one of our safety rep training courses the tutor got two teams and ran a 'Question of Safety' and videoed it. It was a riot mainly because of the characters that took part. The video became popular and was used in other courses to underpin the fact that health and safety is not all gloom and doom. It had a mix of questions based on their course. You could take key questions about the organisation's policy, health and safety record etc. Also the use of videos is much easier. You cold record short videos from the workplace and ask questions on how preventative measures could be improved.
Also we used to have a good response to role play following an illustrative accident - Inspector, manager, H&S manager and safety rep. Each had a factual brief about the accident and the lead up. However when it came to the brief for each individual they had specific issues that were added, not known to the others. One of the objectives was to identify negotiating skills. Hence individuals would drop in a snippet of information that was unknown to the others and we would see how they would react. In the middle of one such exercise the manger announced that as the factory was going to close the meeting was irrelevant anyway. However if people do not get on such exercises can flatline.
While the technique had a serious aim, I cannot recall one exercise I was involved in that did not open up a whole 'can of worms' or fail to raise a laugh at some stage.
You could get some camcorders and ask them to either individually or in groups record on video the equivalent of a risk assessment from your work. You could take about 5 of your risks assessments and give them an assessment and ask them to produce the written assessment in a short video - max 5 minutes? The end products could be assessed in a plenary session and might offer the basis of doing this for all the assessments, method statements, procedure etc.
Just a few thoughts.
Cheers.

Alton Towers or similar. Plenty for the enquiring mind there and on which to base a H&S event - public v staff safety, young persons, hygiene/food, WAH, Elec, PUWER, biosafety, crowd management, security.
Two teams tasked to spot good & bad, competition with feedback over dinner.
