Why not research who the health and safety professionals are working in the Middle East who wish to come home to the UK but can't for some reason or another. It may be worth a job swap option considering you already have a good job in the UK. One never knows.

Secondly why not reqister with Linkedin, then research who the movers and shakers are within targeted companies in the Middle East then drop them a line outlining your wish to go back to the Middle East and show them what you have to offer.
