Hi does anyone have a contractor audit schedule that they could share with me. I remember a kind soul on this forum had one. I also remember a similar one in the SHP magazine that posed open questions to contractors / personnel so that an audit could be taken and good information could be captured. Rocky, do you mean the checklist you would fill in when you carry out the audit, or the pre-qualification form that your potential contractor fills in prior to the contract award? Seabee, Bob, you're both good sports for getting back in touch. In all honesty, yes, its quite a basic brief which I've posted on the forum. What I'd like is for a template to allow me to tweak your forms to have contractors tender for jobs and us be able to appraise their HSE elements and allow us to audit them once they are working for our company.
