I am aware of the main requirements for driving a FLT on a public highway, (in this case its electric, so number plates and null task disc etc. etc. etc.), but I'm looking for a copy of :- FLTA (Fork Lift Truck Association) Technical Bulletin 03 Requirements For The Use Of Fork Lift Trucks On A Public Road as I've been advised that this is the best and most concise guidance on the subject and I've not been able to find a free copy googling for it. (Its not for work use, but to advise a friend and win a pub argument. He claims he does not have to comply as distances are under 1000 yards) Does anyone have a copy the they can forward to me.

This is there Fact Sheet #08 which reference the Technical Bulletin #03 that I'm after. As this is not work related and I'm not a member of FLTA, I'm too tight to spend £18 to download it and hoped a member on hear might have a copy.

So to be clear with your request, you are asking, in a public forum, for someone to distribute a paid for copy of a (no boubt) copyrighted publication...? Good luck with that.
