If you are going to go down that route I would suggest rewarding evidence of a self motivating work force, rather than just a complaint workforce. So if a team comes up with a good scheme themselves for managing PPE etc. then it might be an idea to reward them. For example a team have identified ergonomic issues at a work station and instead of just whinging about it; they looked at what was needed and did it themselves, without the need for intervention from the SHE team.
