Hi Last week the HSE published a safety notice for vertical lifting platforms. One of the incidents mentioned in the notice took place in a care home in Cardiff. I have a relative at that care home and wanted to find out a bit more about the investigation. Does anyone know of approximately how long the HSE take to investigate a case like this. I have tried to find info on the website and have googled it but I can't seem to locate any info. If someone can point me in the right direction, that would be a massive help.
