Can anyone please advise if there is a minimum distance required between workbenches in an engineering workshop? We have a supervisor who wants to " squeeze" in an additional two benches. I am reviewing the RA and considering the likes of sufficient room for operators working back to back, turning around whilst holding hand /power tools etc, access for stretcher.... But just wondering if a specific measurement or guideline distance existed.
