Hi All I thought that I would throw this wild card into the forum to see if anything comes of it. Currently I'm working in the Middle East on a desert based drilling project. I have been asked to construct a Hazard Identification Plan, which is built from the information contained in the project Safety Case. Does anyone have any experience of the format the HIP should take, or point me in the right direction? Thanks Jim

It would appear that the requirement from my client was "lost in translation". He was infact asking for the HAZID for the project...........
