Either it will be too general or too specialised: do the office staff need to know the intricacies of arc welder’s eye? I’d do a short basic talk about H&S in general ie why we do it and how we do it, who does what and some general stuff about fire evacuation and first aid and accident reporting and then separate units for the different types of staff, which is what I do. One size does not fit all.
