In putting together a training package on Felt Leadership and a Behaviuoral Observation Progarm I am seeking suppliers of appropriate and worthwhile associated training media. The list of covers that have been suggested for consideration are titled: Unsafe Acts Courage for Safety Behavioural Safety Principles of accident investigation Never Walk By But cant seem to find any suppliers. Can anyone suggest stockists or alternatives? Regards - Chris Freely

Hi. Not sure I can help much, but your last item prompted me to guide you to a NIck James video on YouTube "Don't walk on by" - add the term 'safety' and you should find it. Only problem, as so many, is American bias, although Dusty helps get over that. Tim Marsh also does some behavioural DVDs, but for offshore / high hazard.

May be worth trying Southampton Solent University. If you wish to contact a lecturer, you may find Claire Pekcan claire.pekcan@solent.ac.uk helpful

Have a look at Ryder Marsh website They have a set of Behavioural safety DVDs The set costs £1500 but great value for money as they add up to a full Behavioural safety course you can can reuse many times. Each DVD also stands alone if you want to look at a particular aspect They have saved us a fortune in sending people on courses The content is excellent & holds your attention well. Tim Marsh's book "Affective Safety Management" should be on ever H&S bod's bookshelf IMHO I'm a very satisfied customer
