No, the reccommendation is a refresher after 3 years

Yes Or a better way of putting it might be - to obtain certification for the 1 day refresher you need to have completed the IOSH MS course within the last three years. depending on when you did it..... If you did it in the olden days (I don't have dates to hand) it didn't have a refresher period.
