Quick question - Does the certification on IOSH Managing Safety run out? I'm aware the it does on Managing Environmental Responsibilities.

Quick answer - No. However it is good practice and a recommendation to refresh (not completely resit) every 3 years.

Thanks darby - responce from our training provider:-
Iosh recognise the Managing Safely Certs for 3 years. There is a one day refresher course available for those whose Certs have not expired. Where they have expired they must attend the full course again.
I suppose its another way of making money

This is the second time this has come up - maybe IOSH will clarify.
I haven't had a chance to look in the trainers notes since the first question; but you are only allowed to sit the one day refresher if you have sat the full 4 days within the last 3 years.

just had a look to check and cant find any mention of a refresher requirement for IOSH Managing Environmental
