Other than posters, emails, face-to-face, etc, anyone got any ideas of how to send / where to put / what format safety comms can be most effective please?

If you have had accidents that have resulted in injury and maybe absence then you could ask the person to tell thier story of how it affected them both as a professional and in personal life. Of course you will have to set boundries about the personal life otherwise some people will share everything with you.

Ada a photograph of the person to the article and it becomes 'real and specific' to employees and the company.

One of the key things I find in general communication is on near misses ensure there is somewhere people can see what was done about it or if you have a hazard reporting system.

THis tends to get people looking at it each week to see what was raised (if anything) and what was done so naturally draws them to the specific area.
