Hi all. I've had the inevitable phone call this week regarding smoking Electronic Cigarettes in the workplace. As far as I can see, there is no legislation banning these and quitting smoking is to be encouraged. if not just for the health benefits, but the elimination of 'fag breaks'. I'd appreciate any opinions anyone may have and how have you resolved this. In particular, has anyone made an entry in their H&S Policy. Thanks for any advice you can give.

Its not a H & S issue, but is is a concern, I passed the matter to HR, we have banned the use, in the workplace, if they want to smoke then they go outside to the shelter, with everyone else
