Displaying ISO certs in document headers....a query

Hi folks,
I am trying to settle an argument here at work.
Basically it is about what we put in the header of some of our paperwork, basically showing what we have in terms of ISO accreditations etc.
At the moment we have "ISO9001 (2008 Revision) Approved"
This is the same for all 3 systems, 14000 and 18K etc.
However i want to simplify it, mainly due to the amount of space this is taking up on headers etc.
I (and the project manager) want to have it like this:
"ISO 9001:2008"
It is simply informing people we have the system in place, the front of our document shows the accrediting body (in this case moody Int)
Is there acrually any specific rules about what you can and cannot have in your work literature regarding ISO approvals etc.
The Sales team believe the old system is how it should be, but as the 'authority' i want to be knowledgable about having my design accepted.
Any tips would be great.

There are rules for the crown and tick logo's, size & proportions and where you can put them. However you can put the wording ISO9001:2008 on the toilet door if you want.
Your best bet for the crown and tick logo is your own certification company, who should be able to give you the rules.

Sorry I think that you are stuck with the format issued by your certification body as they in turn have these strictly approved by UKAS as part of their accreditation.

I know that the logo of the certification bodies cannot be altered or used in specific documents etc.
But this is just text saying ISO 9001 et al is held byt the company on our report headers.
