We have an employee with a foot disability who we cannot get standard safety shoes to fit, we have tried including taking her to a leading manufacturer to try their complete range. An option we are considering is to have some custom made.

Has anyone ever done this and if so can the PM me the details of the supplier.

Any advise or tips welcomed.

I have a similar problem & have found a company called DB shoes, which provide non-standard safety footwear.
