I've sent you a PM with a list of prices varying from the following:- a) Consultants who know nothing, b) Consultants who know next to nothing, c) Consultants who know hardly anything but talk as if they do d) Consultants who can't be bothered and are too busy doing there own thing. e) Decent Consultants.

1. I just did some research for a friend who is not a member of IOSH and wants PII. I tried IOSH extras for him and got a very good quote, so I agree with the above. Go to IOSH extras. 2. Abrasive wheel course to go for that axe grinding maybe?

I took it to be that way. And as a result I spat coffee all over my key board. Any advice on the best cleaning agent to use?

frankc On a frivolous note regarding your response at #3, you perhaps omitted to include f) indecent consultants and g) mediocre consultants!!! :-) As for action about computer keyboards with coffee or other beverages spilt/splurted over them, I've read and heard from several different sources that unplugging and then rinsing them under running tepid/warm water from a tap is reccommended. After that the keyboard should be placed for a lengthy period on one end against a wall or desk in a warm place so that it is near vertical and allows residual water/moisture beneath the keys to drain off/evaporate. Has anyone else come across or even used this method? Either way, I'd better add a clear disclaimer that I've never had to use it myself and cannot vouch for its efficacy. Also, has anyone any advice about dealing with spillages on the integral keyboards of laptops, etc.?
