This is the most important question for me because it seems that everybody work to ensure our health and safety in any company but if you see every organization chart where is the health and safety manager? Is he a real director a member of the executive council? what is the difference about the health and safety manager salary and the rest of members of the executive council or the rest of the managers?
Maybe these questions are the most important things to improve our works. We need to do more important the things that are really important for our business and then our staff believe in this field!!
