Can anybody tell me if you have to start IPD as soon as you become GradIOSH or can it be defered?

You don't have to do IPD at all unless you want to become Chartered. Contact the membership department when you want to start it, pay the money and begin. As far as I know the registration is valid for 2 years to complete the process, or re-register and pay again if its not completed in the scheduled time frame. Look at the membership area of this site.

SNS Thanks, I looked at the site it wasn't totally clear (at least to me) thats why I posted. Thanks for the info.
