With the HSE introducing effectively introducing retrospective Building Regulations via Gas Safe from January 2013 placing legally fitted boilers "at risk" do you think that victims of hypothermia should have legal recourse against them ?

Jeez. What are you on BJC? You really are gunning for the HSE and I can't see that any of your illogical points are are benefit to discussion on this forum.

This is supposed to be a forum for discussion not a platform for Gov't bashing.

Victims of hypothermia?

What victims?

Last victim I read about died in a field after trying to walk home in the snow with a shirt on...

so if he had a dodgy gas boiler his family could claim against the HSE ?

Interesting chain of thought... baffling... but interesting...

Eeeh.. always entertaining these forums aren't they?
LOL

When vulnerable people cannot obtain boiler care agreements courtesy of the HSE / Gas Safe new guidelines this January many people will be without heating.

Is it unreasonable for people to seek redress from those responsible ?

I'm fairly sure that boilers will still work without a boiler care agreement. but then I wouldn't know. I din't have one.

A troll poster I would guess, posting illogical arguments and scenarios to cause the forum users to argue.

Ignoring is the best option

No a troll would point out the lack of basic logic and manners engendered within a non private school education.

Thats a bit unfair - just because you don't agree with him (nor do I!) you can't label him a troll.
view his past posts - seems OK to me, maybe a bit angry & stroppy but he's hardly the only one here, in that respect.

You don't obtain a boiler care agreement from the HSE.

Or possibly a firm of the same name that has had more interaction with the HSE than many
