I'm compiling a list of safety/health/environmental documents that legally must be retained by a company after closing down one of its sites (in this case, a chemical manufacturing site which is to be demolished).

So far I'm sure of the following and I'd be grateful for suggestions of what I've missed. I only mean documents that it is an actual identifiable legal requirement to keep, not the ones that "might be useful" or "should be kept in case".

Accident book
Documents / certificates relating to any equipment that is not scrapped
Occupational health records
Personal monitoring results
Packaging waste reports
...
