Hi, I am employed by a charity funded hospice and advise on health and safety. We are at the stage of educating the trustees and directors of their responsibilities. Does anyone have experience of charting this type of venture with individual responsibilities.
So far it is not even clear who has ultimate responsibility in event of a disaster.
May I add that, practically, they are very strong and pro-active. They just need a push to have on paper who carries what can.
