I am looking in to the use of lap/leg restraints (belts) versus 4/5 point harness when moving a patient on a stretcher as would be carried out on a daily basis by a ambulance service. if anyone has done any investigations.assessments on this or could let me know if you ambulance service or private company use the 4/5 point harness it would be of great help.
