Hi This may sound like a strange request for help but here goes.... i have been searching google for weeks and all the obvious hire company website for an extraction/ventialtion system that is suitable for use in wash rooms. The room ventialtion within our factory is not fantastic and a full repair and upgrade is a signaificant cost or more to the point longer term solution. We currently wash equipment and rooms on a daily basis using hot water and chemical in both production areas and in selected wash rooms. The problem we currently have is the steam build up from the hot water washes results in poor visibility & uncomfortable working conditions for the cleaning staff so i'm trying to find some portable units or system that we could implement immediately to improve the situation. The obivous thing i can think of is extraction but i can only find systems suitable for welding/dust/chemical fume and not something that could be used in wet/humid areas. (maybe it doesnt exist??) Could anyone help me with this? Thanks

Try contacting the British Institute of Cleaning Science. There are all sorts of new cleaning methods now and they may be able to recommend companies to contact who could suggest a better method that does not cause the sort of problem that you are having - and might even be quicker and more effective.
