I went to a site where the loacl waterboard said there was a leak and the water would be off for hours. So we filled up the buckets with water just incase we needed them. During this process, I needed the toilet and so asked the person with water pipe in hand filling the bucket if they had turned the water off yet. I was just wondering if there is a certificate I can have for being so stupid or can anyone beat me?

My site services manager (who looked after another department beforehand) admitted to me the other week that when he 1st took over the role he referred to the Effluent Treatment Plant as the Elephant Plant (he was obviously only half paying attention in the past when the ETP was mentioned as not in his remit) He spent 3 months talking about the Elephant plant before his mistake was pointed out to him. So ridiculous but 100% genuine.
