Looking at WEL, LTEL and STEL can somebody explain where I start with these I understand how to calculate LTEL but not STEL

What is it you want to calculate? Is it that you have some concentration measurements and you want to compare them against the WEL?

EH40 is your guide for WEL's and STEL's. Not all chemicals will have a STEL, and you cannot calculate what the STEL will be from the WEL
